CHANGE OF CERTIFICATE

Procedure
The old Registration Certificate issued by the KSPC has been replaced with the new model high security certificate with hologram, as per the provisions in the Kerala Pharmacy Council Rules. Registered Pharmacists possessing the old format of Pharmacy Registration Certificate can change their certificate to new format. The Council will issue high security certificate and identity card within 20 days from the date of receipt of a perfect application along with the old PRC in original, if the applicant is otherwise eligible.

Replacement of PRC will be free of cost. But the cost of ID Card and the postage expenses should be met by the applicant. DD for Rs 185/- drawn in favour of the Registrar, Kerala State Pharmacy Council should be enclosed along with the application.
